Deposits, withdrawals and fees

Deposit USDC into the Arcus or RISEx trading farm vault through the Scrub Money app. Each vault has its own capacity, trading activity and reward allocation.

Deposits

Connect your wallet, select your farm vault and check the supported network and minimum deposit shown in the app. New deposits are subject to a $1 deposit fee and a 0.25% mint fee paid to Scrub Money when vault shares are issued.

Deposits are queued on-chain and converted into vault shares at the next valuation, usually within minutes. Your capital then joins the trading account automatically the next time the strategy has no open positions. Until then, it remains in the vault and is included in its value.

Both farm vaults have a deposit cap. Deposits close when a vault is full and reopen when capacity becomes available.

Withdrawals

Submit a withdrawal request through the app. The shares included in your request stop earning and stop accumulating share-days for points allocation as soon as the request is submitted.

After a short on-chain delay, the withdrawal becomes payable and is paid automatically the next time the strategy has no open positions. Withdrawals follow the strategy’s trading cycle. Payment timing depends on when positions close; a busy market can extend the wait.

Your payout is calculated using the share price when payment is processed. A $1 fee is deducted from your withdrawal when the payout is processed.

Fees and points allocation

Item Amount
Deposit fee $1 per deposit
Mint fee 0.25% on new deposits, paid to Scrub Money
Withdrawal fee $1 per withdrawal
Performance fee 10% of profit above the high-water mark
Scrub Money’s points allocation 30% of earned venue points

The remaining 70% of venue points is allocated to depositors. The same 70/30 split applies to any resulting airdrop rewards. See Points and airdrop rewards for how that allocation is calculated.

Your wallet pays network gas for its own deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Scrub Money reserves the right to change the terms and fees applicable to its vaults at any time.

How the performance fee works

The high-water mark is the highest level of vault performance on which a fee has already been charged. A new performance fee applies only to profit above that level.

If the vault falls in value and later recovers, that recovery does not trigger another fee on gains already charged. Fees resume when the vault generates new profit above its previous high-water mark.

Scrub Money receives the performance fee in vault shares, which remain invested and change in value with the vault’s performance.
