How funds are managed
Scrub Money manages the trading accounts used by its vaults. Capital allocated to trading is held at the relevant venues, while vault contracts record each depositor’s shares and the rules governing their position.
Venue availability and account operations can affect access to deployed funds.
Contracts and updates
The vault contracts are upgradeable, allowing fixes and improvements without requiring depositors to move to new contracts. Updates may also revise the rules governing vault operations.
Understanding strategy risk
The delta-neutral vault uses offsetting positions to reduce exposure to market direction. Its performance can still be affected by changes in funding rates, trade execution, liquidation events and venue conditions.
Trading farm vaults take directional positions, so trading gains and losses affect the value of your shares. Venue points and potential airdrops provide a separate source of possible rewards; they do not guarantee a positive overall return.
Both products rely on functioning contracts and trading venues. Technical issues or venue disruptions may affect funds or delay withdrawals. Automation and monitoring support strategy management but do not eliminate investment risk.
